Throughout his career, Mridul has advised many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies across India, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He has also partnered closely with leadership teams at global life sciences organizations to define new growth pathways, strengthen commercial capabilities, and design operating models that sustain performance over time.

Mridul’s perspective is shaped by a blend of global consulting experience and hands‑on operating roles in growth‑stage healthcare technology environments. He has advised life sciences clients on corporate and portfolio strategy, launch and commercial strategy, and M&A‑driven growth, while also leading the commercialization of technology‑enabled solutions.
He began his career in technology and financial markets roles — experiences that continue to inform his analytical approach and his comfort with data‑driven decision‑making in commercial strategy.
He holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from IIM Kozhikode and a bachelor of engineering from NSUT Delhi.
Outside of work, Mridul enjoys playing badminton and exploring the evolving food and spirits scene in India and abroad during his travels.
