Pauline works as a consultant within the core consultant group at Oliver Wyman, based in our Brussels office.
With nearly two years of experience in management consulting, she has contributed her expertise across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, financial services, and green energy, among others. Pauline is an alumna of KU Leuven University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Business Engineering, with a specialization in Financial Management and Accounting.

Since joining Oliver Wyman, Pauline has participated in a variety of projects. These include leading post-merger integration efforts for a global financial institution, designing a strategic roadmap for a transnational European railway company, developing strategic product plans for a leading pharmaceutical firm, and conducting due diligence for a pan-European electric vehicle (EV) charging operator’s market entry. As the co-lead of the Social Committee, she has initiated the organization of numerous company social events, fostering a vibrant and positive culture within the firm.
Outside of work, Pauline enjoys playing tennis, spending time outdoors, and indulging her passion for food.
