Her deep understanding of the local market and its unique challenges enables her to design effective, tailored solutions.
With eight years of diverse experience in human resources, Enora has worked across a range of organizations, including private companies, public institutions, early-stage startups, and mid-sized businesses. In her most recent roles, she successfully built and led HR departments from the ground up. These experiences have uniquely prepared her to navigate the complexities of establishing and scaling the new Belgian office.

Enora holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. A fun fact about her academic journey is that she completed her final thesis internship at Marsh & McLennan in Brussels.
Outside of work, Enora is passionate about interior design and architecture. She treasures time with her daughter through shared activities like reading, hairstyling, cooking, and dancing. She also enjoys traveling with her family and exploring personal interests such as swimming, acting, and watching films and series.
