A thorough digital enthusiast, Ranjith has held various operational leadership positions in his career. Prior to Oliver Wyman, he was a part of the Energy Leadership group with another global consultancy, where he served clients in the industry and in private equity. He also helped a separate firm establish its energy industry presence.

I help clients improve their business profitability using a variety of operational levers. I enjoy being a thought partner working through problems with the client and co-developing and implementing solutions.

To those entering consulting, Ranjith’s advice is to stay humble, eager to learn, and have a genuine interest in the success of people, both clients and colleagues.

What gives me the most satisfaction is when the solutions bring long-term business benefits and help the professional success of my client.
