What We Do
Our team manages revision control for client task card templates, ensuring consistency and accuracy. We support the conversion of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) tasks cards to client-specified templates and software or utilize Oliver Wyman Vector’s task card authoring platforms. While task card structure and content follow best practices, layout, logos, and signoffs are client specific.
We integrate customized signoff and buyback policies — including AD, RII, and QA awareness notifications — into work steps based on OEM recommendations or maintenance efficiencies. Our audit process ensures technical content accuracy by validating maintenance program task intent through categorized, report-based findings. Additionally, we provide direct support for system migration activities between client toolsets. We have developed an automated digital migration process for transferring task card content and functional aspects from a legacy task card management system to corresponding fields within the new management system.
