Where court-supervised restructuring is the company’s best option, we work with company management and legal advisors in all strategic aspects of the business. Through the process, we work as thought partners on the emerging strategy and as implementation partners in executing the strategy. Ultimately, our work together is the basis for developing the Plan of Reorganization.
