Tammi is focused on Compliance Risk Management, and has worked across several Risk Management topics including risk framework development, model risk management, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, operational process design, capital management and planning, and risk appetite.
Approaching risk in an integrated way is critical, not just for risk management but also efficiency and effectiveness—both across the business and lines of defense, and between traditional second-line risk areas. Having worked across Credit, Market, Operational and Compliance risk issues, I can bring different perspectives, as well as unique challenges and practices, when thinking through the governance, processes, and roles and responsibilities.
