Subas leads our work globally at the intersection of financial service risk, regulation, and technology-driven change. He advises businesses on how to cut through complexity within regulatory compliance and build world-class strategies in areas such as cyber and data privacy, financial crime, misconduct, and operational risk.

Over the years Subas has developed strong networks across the whole financial services and financial inclusion ecosystem, including start-ups, senior industry leaders, regulators, and academics.

I grew up in India, which is an extremely populated and culturally diverse country. This has shaped my mindset and long ago I committed myself to making a positive difference and leave a memorable experience with everyone I meet. In today’s turbulent times, humility, passion, hard-work, foresight, and occasionally humor, are the key qualities that define world-class leaders.

Subas is an internationally acclaimed thinker and contributor to the world of Regulatory Technology (RegTech) and has led some of the largest risks and regulatory compliance change programs for tier-one banks and financial institutions. He is driven by the passion of delivering outstanding quality work that defines best-in class.
