Stephen is a driving force of innovation at Oliver Wyman.

A dynamic leader, he is well equipped with an expert strategy skillset to help clients conquer challenges. Stephen's interest in a business strategy career was initially sparked during undergrad when he took on a leadership role in a junior consulting team. To this day, he feels fulfilled in his career path and is eager to continue to support clients and colleagues with their operations around the world. His background in corporate finance and his growing expertise in digital and operations have aided many initiatives and organizations to better strategize for success.

A lot of the work we do centers around transforming operations and changing the cost structure of organizations to help them find new ways to fuel their growth. I find it very rewarding to help a client anticipate industry trends and see their organization directly benefit from our work.

Spending a decade living between New York and London as well as traveling to over 60 countries has given Stephen an international perspective. His strategy expertise spans across travel, retail, M&A, market entry, digital media, and e-commerce. Stephen has contributed to many articles at Oliver Wyman and hopes to continually use his vast knowledge of retail and digital strategy to encourage clients and colleagues to embrace the digital future. 

I am passionate about e-commerce strategy, as this business capability has been drastically increasing in importance over the past few years. It is exciting to be at the forefront of these industry adaptations.

Stephen is an avid reader who gravitates toward history books and continually makes efforts to learn new languages. Stephen is a graduate of Columbia Business School with an MBA in strategy, corporate finance, and retail and luxury goods from the Luxury Education Foundation (LEF). He completed his undergrad at ESCP Business School in Paris, where he studied corporate finance and economics.
