Rana is a Principal in the Australian Digital practice, based in Sydney. She is a senior advisor with 10+ years experience in shaping organizations’ digital strategies and business transformations across Financial Services, Energy and the Public Sector, and across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
More specifically, Rana is a customer advocate. She is passionate about the intersection of Digital, Strategy and Customer Experience and applies a multi-disciplinary approach to creative problem-solving in order to help organizations accelerate outcomes and impact, mostly for the benefit of the customer.
She specializes in helping organizations understand the business value of shifting towards a customer-centric culture, designing differentiating customer strategies and winning propositions and aligning the operating model of an organization around the customer. She does so by tackling business challenges from a human-centred point of view to understand the irrational side of change, using iterative outside-in methods intent on producing creative constructive future results while de-risking investment and delivering impact at pace.
Rana holds a Masters degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
