He combines expertise in organization and process change, risk management, and the integration of strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management with success helping public sector leaders manage the unique challenges they face in implementing change.
Peter has 25 years of advisory and operating experience across the public and private sectors. Prior to Oliver Wyman, he co-founded and was the deputy director of the government practice of another leading management consulting firm. Over the course of his career, Peter has also worked extensively in the financial services, healthcare, consumer products, and energy industries. He has held operating leadership roles at a Fortune 300 company and two start-ups.
Peter holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Swarthmore College.
