Maya is an Engagement Manager in Oliver Wyman’s Organizational Effectiveness practice. She works closely with global organizations, enabling them to create inclusive and high-performing cultures. As a business psychologist, Maya is committed to helping clients land positive change in the pursuit of their purpose and the communities they serve.

My diverse and eclectic career path has equipped me with the tools and a lens to deeply understand how people and organizations function. From leading Human Resources in a design company, to developing predictive personality assessment tools, and finally moving into strategy consulting, one thing has remained true: culture and leadership are at the crux of driving sustainable high performance.

She has worked across industries with organizations that needed to transform themselves – whether through organizational redesigns, leadership development, or culture change. Maya also drives inclusion and diversity within Oliver Wyman through the firm’s racial and ethnic diversity employee resource group, EMPOWERED. She has been an active global leader in EMPOWERED for the last five years, focusing on engaging both the internal and external communities around the topics of racial equality and inclusive leadership.

I love difference and variety in all things, but most of all I love it in people. It is through those who are not like me I learn the most – my energy can come from the shock of an idea, a design, perspective or mindset that makes me look at the world like a child again.
