Martin is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Payments platform, and Retail and Business Banking practice. He focuses on helping clients across the payments and digital banking ecosystem become more competitive and resilient. Martin leads payments for Canada and supports the Americas more broadly in banking.

Over the course of his career, Martin has helped clients across numerous industries including financial services, payments network or services, technology, retail, insurance, education, transportation, and public sector. He has advised on product development, go-to-market strategy, business model and standards design, digital transformation, cost reduction, risk management, growth strategy, and merger integration.

With 18 years of experience, Martin has also gained experience in general management, product, and strategy within industry at leading payments, and financial institutions. Martin earned his joint Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree and MBA as a Bregman Scholar from the University of Toronto.
