Luke is a partner and leads our insurance and asset management deal-driven transformation business in the US. As an executive leader, he has deep expertise in advising clients with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cost reduction, business transformation, operations, and corporate strategy.
Based in New York, Luke has led multiple large-scale acquisitions, divestitures and mergers, including the $5.6 billion Marsh McLennan acquisition of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group (JLT). He has a proven track record bringing together private equity firms, corporate strategy, bankers, C-suite, and execution teams.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Luke was a transformation leader at a Fortune 50 global insurer and led the execution of M&A deals totaling in excess of $3.5 billion in value and has executed large-scale transformation programs targeted at eliminating one billion dollars in expense.

Luke has advised clients across financial services, with deep experience in property and casualty insurance (P&C), life, and private equity. He has worked across the globe in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Luke spent a decade at Accenture, where he served clients at the intersection of business and technology and established himself as a market-leading thinker on automation, AI, and digital transformation.
Holding a degree in Business and Environmental Science from the University of Leeds, he is Lean Six Sigma certified, an agile Scrum Master, and leverages best practice program management (PRINCE2 and MSP) to deliver successful outcomes for clients while mitigating risk.
Residing in New York City with his wife, Luke enjoys hiking and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain above sea level in the world. He also enjoys cooking and spending time in the Catskills.
