Louisa has over ten years of experience leading strategy and transformation in the financial services industry. She has led engagements with insurers and banks across Asia and the US, covering corporate strategy, growth and innovation, digital transformation, target operating model, risk, and compliance.
The insurance industry is being redefined by changing customer behaviors and expectations, accelerated digitalization, and a fast-evolving risk landscape. Ultimately, these disruptive forces will drive towards a superior customer experience and give rise to new business models to deliver holistic propositions for the customer
Before re-joining Oliver Wyman, Louisa was an insurance industry executive. Most recently, she was the Insurance Lead of Hong Kong and Macau for a global technology giant. Louisa previously worked with a leading international insurer as Vice President of the global strategy team and was a member of the global risk management leadership team based in New York.
Louisa began her career with Oliver Wyman’s New York office, focused on financial services. Since then, she has lived in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, leading projects across Asia and North America.
Louisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.
