Lindsey has worked across broad range of assignments for Corporate & Institutional banks in the US and EMEA. She now focuses on complex regulatory response (including Brexit) and cost reduction. She co-leads the EMEA Financial Services cost team.
Over my career I’ve worked with clients to solve some of their most high stakes problems. Delivery against the Dodd Frank agenda immediately post crisis, implementing new operating models in Europe in the face of huge uncertainty around the regulatory environment post Brexit, and I now spend my time on perhaps the most challenging of all; how to transform the cost base of the industry. In all of these situations it’s been necessary to put ourselves in the shoes of our clients and work shoulder to shoulder with them through to the solution.
She advises her clients on cost transformation projects, helping them to better understand their cost base, identify improvement opportunities, and execute against those.

Lindsey plays an active role in our UK social impact program, carrying out project work for charities and social enterprises with a focus on social mobility and diversity and inclusion.
