John-Paul is a partner and leads our Organizational Effectiveness practice, which focuses on delivering the most effective transformation capability in the world. As leader of this practice, John-Paul understands that when we combine organizational effectiveness’ capabilities with Oliver Wyman’s industry expertise, the team can harness the knowledge and energy of our clients people to create breakthroughs and achieve amazing results. John-Paul is fascinated by the ‘inner game’ and the ‘outer game’ that we all play with ourselves and how it enables each of us to be successful or not.
Results delivery is how we measure ourselves. I believe completely in the need for combining analytically driven strategic insight with appropriate operating model restructuring and behavioral change in order to deliver radically improved performance. Not addressing these three areas together consigns you to performance mediocrity.
John-Paul has 30 years of consulting experience, and specializes in helping clients deliver dramatically improved results and sustainable performance transformation. He has worked across multiple industries on issues including; strategy creation and activation, performance improvement, post-merger integration, cost efficiency, workforce productivity improvement, culture transformation, leadership performance, top team effectiveness, and talent management.
I have spent the majority of my career working on how to create, evaluate, and activate differentiated strategies to create massive shifts in performance. It is my passion and I have learnt at least as much from my clients as they have from me.
Outside of work John-Paul spends time working on himself, trying to keep up with his kids and whenever possible, in nature, walking and cycling up mountains, and skiing down them.
