Jacques César is the Chief Transformation Officer of Oliver Wyman and deputy to Scott McDonald, President of Oliver Wyman.

In particular, he is responsible for the development of the firm’s existing and new horizontal capabilities. He is also the Managing Partner of Oliver Wyman’s Consumer & Industrial Value Transformation Practice Group. He has more than 25 years of experience consulting in the UK, Continental Europe, and North America. Jacques led the development of the firm’s Value and Offer Engineering approaches. His work focuses on helping clients in mature B2B and B2C environments rejuvenate themselves, thereby boosting profitability and growth. The results are achieved through reengineering all the elements of the customer offer, cost base, and organization structure.

Jacques studied for his BA in Economics at La Sorbonne, his master’s in Science at Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufacture in Paris, and his MBA at the Institut Supérieur des Affaires, Paris, and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Equally at home on land and sea, Jacques is a keen sailor and a serious danger on the ski slopes.
