In his daily work, Ivo helps institutional investors throughout all transaction´s phases (pre-deal, post-deal, and exit), and supports the development of new investment´s thesis and new businesses. Clients value his assistance in optimizing investments´ portfolios, strategy development, and governance issues.
Over the last 35+ years, Ivo has worked as an investor, business leader (board as well as executive positions), and management consultant across Latin America, accumulating solid experience and in-depth expertise in investment management within the infrastructure and technology spaces. He has also worked with family-owned enterprises in supporting new investments and governance-related issues.
