Irene is a technical lead in our digital practice, where she manages a team of developers mainly focusing on projects in retail services. Her role sits at the intersection of software project delivery and consulting, working closely with our consultants to deliver innovative software solutions to clients.
Our team uses an agile way of working to get the best impact for our clients. We have a very open culture when it comes to gathering frequent feedback. This creates a collective and collaborative mindset. Our team is diverse, which we cherish and see as an important advantage.
Irene started her career in science, but after completing a PhD in theoretical physics, she sought a way to apply her mathematical and programming skills in the world of software.
She has worked in a variety of industries from semi-conductor manufacturing to insurance, applying analytics thinking to solving short and long-term challenges. She’s passionate about women in technology, leading and mentoring several groups in Dublin that teach women to code.
Outside of work, Irene loves the outdoors, cycling, and running both at home and abroad. She also enjoys baking and sharing the delicious goods with her colleagues and friends.
