Gwendoline is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Transportation and Services Practice. Her focus is on travel, transportation, and services markets in France and Europe, especially railway and adjacent sectors, as well as strategy, operations, and transformation. She has an established record in defining strategy, improving performance, and modeling change operations, in particular within the railway industry. She also has considerable experience in the finance field as Chief Financial Officer in large-scale businesses.
Gwendoline joined Oliver Wyman after 25 years of a successful career in the industry, motivated by the desire to face new challenges and create more impact by adding her outstanding experience, skills, and strengths to a large consulting company’s portfolio.

In the past, Gwendoline held the Chief Executive Officer position at the leading railway company with a €1.7 billion turnover, launching two new high-speed lines with flawless execution. She also played a major role in the company’s strategic turnaround and performance plan implementation as Chief Financial, Strategy, and Legal Officer.
Gwendoline’s experience in large-scale transformations, building new strategy perspectives, and managing large organizations is complemented by her expertise in governance, with several non-executive directorships, and a forefront leader role of SNCF’s Gender Diversity and Women leadership initiatives.
Since she was 8 years old, Gwendoline has been passionate about horse riding. She always remembers to make time for it in her busy schedule.
