Dominique is an experienced consultant in Consumer Services specializing in large-scale transformations. She helps clients capture additional value for the business through transformation programs and efficient organizational and governance models. She has spent the past 15 years supporting leading Consumer Services companies, focusing primarily on large-scale transformations (PMI, target operating model, organization design, governance, change management), lending them her vast experience across hospitality, food, travel, and leisure services.
I have a passion for travel which comes from my parents who were in the travel and leisure industry. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to tie this passion with my professional life.
Dominique’s recent projects were centered around the change in client and consumer behaviors caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The crisis accelerated the need for many businesses to reinvent themselves by transforming their operating model and ways of working, such as building business recovery plans and accelerating transformative plays.
Our work has helped businesses emerge stronger by identifying and preparing for growth opportunities.
In addition to growing client accounts, Dominique is committed to growing the firm and its culture, especially in the Diversity and Inclusion space. She is involved in Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW) mentoring initiatives in Paris, together with our consultants and alumni.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Dominique worked at Mercer, our sister company, specializing in Executive and Board Compensation. With her double French and Canadian background, and a degree from McGill University in Canada, she is well suited to support clients both on a local and international scale.
