Annabel is a London-based Manager who works across all specialties within our Organizational Effectiveness practice: strategy design and activation, transformation, organizational design, performance and culture, and talent and leadership development.

She has worked across a variety of industries and sectors including health and life sciences, financial services, retail, aviation, energy, industrials, public sector, and social impact.

Driven by making a positive impact in people’s lives, Annabel started her career working on off-grid rural electrification projects in Peru after earning her Masters in International Development. She then went on to write a PhD on how to ensure the impact of such projects is both positive and sustained. It was after her PhD that Annabel returned to the UK and joined Oliver Wyman to work on transformative change projects, helping individuals, teams, and organizations perform to the best of their ability, in a sustainable way. 

Some of Annabel’s recent projects have included co-creating and aligning a firm around their new strategy, examining what is required from and by the future workforce, designing talent development programs, leadership development and activation events, performance enablement, and organizational redesign in the face of mounting cost and performance pressures.

Outside of the office, Annabel loves to travel, a passion that’s taken a bit of a back seat since having two children. “Gone are the days of travelling down the Amazon in a wooden canoe!”

We can learn so much from the people around us, especially when we’re exposed to new challenges or unfamiliar environments. I’m always keen to find out about different cultures or pick up a new language.
