Ali leads Oliver Wyman’s Organizational Effectiveness team in the UK. She is an energetic and people-centric leader, who has spent the last 20 years helping clients from all walks of life to unlock solutions to big challenges through the power of collaborative design. 

She has primarily focused on helping leaders and teams to define their purpose, create mindset shifts, build better operating models and anchor new behaviours and capability in the day to day.

I have made the world my home and have been fortunate to have lived, travelled, and worked in different countries, markets, and cultures. Wherever I go I am reminded that people are hard wired to want to share stories, connect, and make a difference in service of meaningful ideas. In ways big and small, I love being an enabler of that intent.

Ali is also part of the team which leads the design and activation of organizational change and transformation within Oliver Wyman.

Each day I get to learn and be creative with clients and colleagues alike. When I’m not stretching myself here, I might be stretching myself on a yoga matt, jumping into a creative project at home, getting out into the great outdoors, or excusing myself from conversations about football.
