Catherine is a senior stakeholder for our employee resource group Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW) and a sponsor in our Inspiring Leaders program. In her roles in Europe and Australia, she pioneered a new program, called BOOST, that provides sponsorship and structured support for individuals to help ease their transition into parenthood.
In her day-to-day role, Catherine advises some of the world’s top financial institutions at C-suite and Board level to raise standards, improve behaviour, and support long term sustainability.
Her pro-bono work has included raising industry standards as Chair of the Conduct Forum in the UK and working with the 30% Club on developing a global mission and strategy to increase representation of diverse women on boards and oversee their 15 chapters around the world.
Catherine sees her ongoing contribution to the firm and society as a responsibility; she would like for younger women to not even have to think about gender equity in the workplace.
A lot has changed over the course of my career, but at the same time, progress on gender equity feels slow and we have a long way to go.
