Rupal Kantaria: Ethnicity Awards Top 10 Inspirational Leader
London-based Partner in the Oliver Wyman Forum has been named a Top 10 Inspirational Leader in the 2021 Ethnicity Awards.
This award recognises Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic business leaders who have used their influence to effect positive change for Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic inclusion.
It celebrates a year where Rupal has led multiple initiatives to build equality at Oliver Wyman and beyond. Earlier in 2021 she was included on the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Executives List

In addition to her work in the Oliver Wyman Forum, Rupal co-leads our UK Social Impact team, serves as a strategic advisor at the 30% Club, and is a Board Trustee for the Lullaby Trust. She has co-founded two social mission movements: Mission INCLUDE and GenGive.
