Oliver Wyman Named One Of The Most Attractive Employers In Italy In Universum’s 2020 Student Ranking

Oliver Wyman is one of Italy’s Most Attractive Employers according to global employer branding company Universum.

We are proud be included in Universum’s Most Attractive Employers ranking for Italy for the first time! The list is based on data from over 36,000 students from 48 universities across the country in 130 different fields of study who answered questions about careers and employers.

Oliver Wyman ranks 117th out of 145 companies chosen by over 9,000 business students. These students appreciated our focus on teamwork and meritocracy, as well as clear-cut career paths.

Our research this year shows how Italian university students are less and less interested in secure jobs, but are instead looking for opportunities to shape their leadership skills, in prestigious and successful companies. Meritocracy, leadership opportunities, and gender balance support – the key strengths students acknowledge and appreciate in Oliver Wyman – increasingly become the key factors in Millennials’ and Generation Z’s definition of employers’ attractiveness
