Passionate about supporting women and migrants as leaders, Alina supports five non-profit organisations aimed to develop women, migrants, and young people in business. As well as acting as a mentor and role model herself, Alina has also encouraged and empowered her colleagues to step up as mentors for these groups, unlocking new connections and opportunities.
