What we do

The Implementation Unit ensures in these cases that clients/programs are enabled to reach material and sustainable impact.
A. Project Management/ PMO
Through leveraging a customizable PMO tool, we are able to manage administrative aspects of a project and to challenge status, results and planning. Our PMO methodology allows us to support our client by identifying program interdependencies and cross-project synergies. This facilitates their decision-making process, institutionalize risk management standards, and typically monitor the project progress, scope, and deliverables in a timely manner. Our success criteria are not limited to simply delivering, but rather to enabling our clients to deliver.
B. Operational Transformation
We identify the real client need and tailor the approach, depending on various determining factors the approach will vary from simple to complex. Our team’s high communication and interpersonal skills enable us to understand the exact client situation and identify the necessary implementation approach tailored to their needs and circumstances. Operational Transformation involves an efficient assessment of needs and business capabilities required for a sustainable impact. To ensure sustainability, the Implementation Unit focuses on the tracking of implementation impact, and assures through early warning systems, that risks are managed and mitigated.
C. Organisational Transformation
Human Resourses is one of the key support functions in an organization, specifically upon the introduction of new functions and objectives; where the success or failure of the organization highly depends on the talent structure expected to deliver. We support our clients on an ad-hoc basis, implementing HR management strategies (i.e. Organizational design, job design, and human resources planning). Our objective is to enable our client to maintain high performance while ensuring proper knowledge transfer.
D. Change Management
We have extensive experience in organizational change and we know how to successfully implement this, ensure transparency and understanding within affected departments. Change requires effective communication plans that are tailored to external and internal audiences. Specific measures need to be considered to overcome cultural barriers and resistance when required.
