Rebecca is a Partner in our Financial Services practice with deep expertise in advising banks, regulators, and market infrastructure players on risk management and treasury topics. Rebecca is a member of our Japan financial-services team, and previously served as Head of UK and Ireland across all industry practices and capabilities.
Rebecca is committed to making Oliver Wyman stand out in the consulting market by ensuring it leads on important emerging themes across its client sectors, particularly the transformative power of digital. Rebecca’s recent Oliver Wyman publications include “Bank Credit Infrastructure is the Weakest Link” and “Curing Data Ingestion.” She also plays an active role in Oliver Wyman’s social impact program.
As a female leader in a male-dominated industry, Rebecca is keen to continue encouraging more diversity within Oliver Wyman, and the management consultancy sector as a whole. She was named a top 50 OUTstanding LGBT+ ally executive by The Financial Times and is a local champion of Oliver Wymans LGBT+ and Allies network, GLOW.
Rebecca holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Oxford.
