Today’s corporate environments can be fraught with unnecessary complexity. Da Vinci once said that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. We show clients how to achieve this in real life to help them drive better outcomes.
Michael partners with clients across a broad range of industries, and has worked in banking and insurance, media, publishing, and consumer goods sectors, including successful launches of both products and services.
Michael has deep expertise in technology and business transformation, brand strategy and customer experience design, and change management. His experience and focus on transformation spans a wide range of organizations – from Silicon Valley start-ups and corporate ventures looking to disrupt, through to global corporations focused on defensive transformations.
My role effectively involves building products, services and businesses -- in a different world I think I would have trained and practiced as an architect. The fact that I am still growing and learning my craft gets me out of bed in the morning. New York City's relentless energy, culture, and diversity is my source of creativity and inspiration.
When not working, Michael find serenity hand-crafting the wood, glass, and metal solutions needed to revitalize the old homes he and his wife continue to purchase.
