Mark Weil is Head of EMEA Financial Services at Oliver Wyman. He has nearly twenty years of consulting experience in retailing, consumer goods and financial services.
Mr. Weil's work in the last ten years has been around transforming the operating model in banking, in areas such as faster product innovation, local market management and franchising. He has written extensively on these subjects including publications in The Economist, The Financial Times and Banker.
Mr. Weil graduated from Cambridge University in Engineering and speaks fluent French and German.
