David Hoffman is a Partner of Oliver Wyman and leads the firm's global Utility practice. Mr. Hoffman has counseled electric and gas utilities for more than 20 years and has directed significant engagements in business strategy and value creation, post-merger integration, and targeted performance and cost improvements resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars of bottom-line efficiency and profit improvements for his clients. He specializes in the areas of strategic planning, strategic due diligence, organization transformation, and operational improvement. Mr. Hoffman holds a B.S. in finance from Boston University and an M.B.A. (with honors) in management information systems from Boston University.
