I came into consulting because I knew I wanted a challenge, a job with continuous change and growth, and an environment with the opportunity for continuous learning. At Oliver Wyman, I’ve surrounded myself with smart, talented people who have not only pushed me to better myself, but also prepared me for a variety of different experiences, both professionally and personally. What makes this place different and better are the people. Any firm can talk about people and culture, but few can say they have the breadth and diversity that you’ll see here.

What I like most about Oliver Wyman is the ability I have had to choose my career path. Through the Non-Profit fellowship, I have been given the opportunity to work in Africa on AIDS-related issues for the Clinton Foundation and shape my business skills in a completely different surrounding. While the Zambian Ministry of Health is not your typical Fortune 500 client, the mindset I bring to my job is still the same. The flexibility I’ve been afforded with such an incredible fellowship has made me a better consultant—shaping my perspective, testing my patience, and honing my problem-solving skills.
