European bancassurer: Helped in creation of market-leading group risk function
We helped a European bancassurer to deal with the myriad technical and organizational challenges involved in its creation of a market-leading group risk function. Deep A/LM measurement and management capabilities have been developed and integrated into both the insurance and banking sides of the business. The Finance & Risk Practice also designed the revamped organizational structure, developed recruitment specifications and partially staffed the new risk management function. We currently serve in a senior counseling role on risk management within the maturing organization.
