Major European bank: Developed a US growth strategy

Oliver Wyman supported a major European bank in charting its US growth strategy. The project began by mapping out the complete US non-consumer market from investment banking to private banking to asset management. From this, we determined our client’s market position and assessed its growth trajectory in each market segment. The client then embarked on a program of disposal, optimization and reinvestment to boost current performance and future growth prospects.
