Asia-Pacific bank: Improving the retail distribution model

Retail distribution: A restructuring at an Asia-Pacific bank provided an opportunity for the bank to develop an approach to improve its retail distribution model, including redesign of sales force and branch roles. Oliver Wyman worked with the bank to assess current product profitability and growth across sales channels. We also designed new branch performance measures to ensure a more profitable retail distribution model.
