Interns
Our internship program will give you a real taste of what it is like to be a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman. Internships provide an opportunity to get to know us as a firm and obtain first-hand experience in consulting. Interns are staffed on projects and treated like full team members, with responsibility for a distinct piece of work. Coaching and feedback is provided throughout your time with us. Interns who perform strongly may be offered permanent employment after graduation.
We consider candidates who are in the penultimate year of their University studies. Intern candidates should have extraordinary intellectual capability, credibility and judgment as demonstrated by their academic achievements and extracurricular activities. We staff interns out of Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, New York, Paris, Singapore, Stockholm and Zurich. The length of internship differs by office, though it is typically 8-10 weeks over the summer.
