Financial Services Management Consulting--Entry Level Consultants

Entry Level Consultants

We take a long-term perspective when hiring entry-level consultants, assuming direct career progression to partner in a time frame of six to nine years. Over your career with us, you will develop a range of skills in the areas of content expertise, problem solving, communication and management/leadership. We build these skills through an intensive apprenticeship program that allows our consultants to take on increasing responsibility on projects as they are ready and as opportunities arise.

Entry-level consultants initially focus on analysis and research, such as evaluating internal client data, performing financial assessments and projections, benchmarking an industry or interviewing customers or players in the client's market. Our consultants work on a range of projects in different industry areas and over a range of functional areas, eventually developing expertise in more specific content areas. On-the-job learning is augmented by structured feedback and through formal training. As time progresses, consultants assume broader responsibilities, including management of client relationships, development of junior staff and provision of "thought leadership" and expertise.
Entry-level consultants should have extraordinary intellectual capability and curiosity combined with maturity and judgment, as demonstrated by their academic achievements and extracurricular responsibilities. Language fluency in Dutch, French, German, Italian, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish is highly desirable but not essential. Please see our current entry-level consultant opportunities for more details and application deadlines
