Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical Company: Created Enterprise Risk Management framework
Our firm was engaged by a Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical company to assist in the development and implementation of a highly customized ERM framework. After conducting three proof-of-concept pilots in selected areas, an initial corporate risk profile and governance structure were developed and presented to the Board and Executive Management. The buy-in and value created by these activities led to the development and implementation of an ERM process, common risk language, and reporting structure that were integrated into the client's strategic planning process throughout the organization.
