Major Asian airline: Designed an overall Enterprise Risk Management governance model
Oliver Wyman was engaged by a major Asian airline to design the airline's overall ERM governance model including risk organization, roles and responsibilities, risk management process, KRIs, KPIs, risk reporting, and the policy manual. Oliver Wyman also worked with the airline to identify and assess the airline's major risks. This provided in-depth quantification of several key risks and resulted in risk management plans and an enhanced understanding of the company's risks. Today, management is better positioned to realize value from its risk and implement focused and highly developed risk management plans.
