The Interview Process
Challenging, thought-provoking, rigorous and fair: these are the qualities we ascribe to our interview process. Our interviews are designed to test your analytic reasoning skills, ability to think on your feet, professional maturity, communication skills, and credibility – the qualities we seek in our consultants.

Successful candidates typically go through a two-round interview process. The initial round is either held on-site in one of our offices or at your campus. The second round will take place in one of our major hub offices, typically New York , London , Frankfurt or Singapore . Interview rounds consist of multiple interviews (usually between two and five). A mix of case- and CV-based interviews are delivered by our consulting staff. You will meet a range or people from consultants to partners.
