Launching new converged operator. Oliver Wyman was hired by a new converged operator to optimize the customer experience within its sales channels during the initial days and weeks of commercial operations and assist the sales organization in achieving a level of stability that would allow for further effectiveness and efficiency improvements going forward. Operational support and planning activities for all sales channels were coordinated by the Oliver Wyman team, and a Sales War Room was maintained to ensure full visibility was provided at all times to management. This infrastructure enabled management to make quick, informed decisions, positively impacting the experience offered to its customers and distribution partners.
