After identifying three separate sources of growth (both within its geography and outside), Oliver Wyman supported the organic and inorganic execution of a growth strategy involving the identification of appropriate investments, due diligence assessments, partnership negotiations, start-up support, license bids, and post-merger integration management. Over a period of 18 months, this growth strategy helped our client increase its operations from 2 to 14 and its customer base from 1m to over 30m. We were actively involved in supporting the capital-raising efforts (equity and debt) and in managing complex integrations. This success has now enabled our client to be seen as a major operator in its region, with a diversified revenue stream.
