Oliver Wyman assisted the carrier in redesigning its finance, maintenance and engineering, and cargo organizations. Through our combined knowledge of procurement redesign, inventory management, and process management, we renegotiated a comprehensive list of general purchasing contracts and high-value MRO contracts, including long-term engine overhaul agreements.
