US Class I: Used MultiRail to develop zero-based operating plan
Service design and operating planning: A US Class I railroad uses MultiRail software for all service design and operational planning and has integrated the software with many enterprise-wide systems. Oliver Wyman worked with the client to develop a zero-based operating plan that is credited with saving the railroad almost $350 million over the past five years through reductions in fuel use and increases in worker productivity, locomotive utilization, and wagon velocity.
Experience
