On December 22, 2016 HHS published its Final Notice of
Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2018.
The Notice contains rules and parameters that will apply to the individual and small group health insurance markets in 2018, and modifications to previously promulgated rules. This document represents a summary of our interpretation of the Notice but does not constitute, nor is it a substitute for, legal advice.
