Tom also led strategy and acquisitions for Aetna before founding and leading ChapterHouse, a nationally known management consultancy focused primarily on the health services marketplace. ChapterHouse joined forces with Oliver Wyman in the summer of 2008.
Tom holds a B.A. in business from Miami University of Ohio and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
