He has developed and executed strategic business plans, revenue enhancement programs, operating improvements, mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring and alignment, business transformation initiatives, and strategic negotiations.
Previously, Peter led the airline portion of the transportation industry practice at Ernst & Young. He has also worked at Price Waterhouse and started his professional career at Thomson McLintock, UK.
A native of Scotland, Peter holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Glasgow. He is certified as a Chartered Accountant in Scotland and is an FINRA-registered representative, holding Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 registrations.
Peter loves to collect and enjoy the great wines of the world and the finest Single Malt Scotch Whiskies.
