Marcus is a Partner based in Oliver Wyman's Munich office. He works with CEOs, boards, executive teams, and senior leaders to design and implement large-scale change that has transformational impact across the enterprise.

Marcus is the global Practice leader for organization transformation within Oliver Wyman’s effectiveness horizontal.

I've been working with Oliver Wyman for more than ten years. In that time I've been lucky enough to develop extensive experience in the fields of organization diagnoses and design, operational governance, restructuring and turnaround management, digital transformation, strategic communication, cultural transformation and executive leadership / senior team effectiveness. Being a consultant means you really get to work across a huge and ever-varying range of roles.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Marcus worked as general manager for the Kirch Group, a large European television and media company, as well as for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. His native language is German and he is fluent in English and confident in French.

Marcus’ industry focus lies in aerospace, defense, automotive, machinery, media / telecoms, utilities, consumer goods  and central banks.

Throughout his career Marcus has experienced some impressive achievements: he's transformed the organization of one of the world's largest civil and defense aircraft OEMs and led the transformation of a world-leading automotive supplier achieving higher operational efficiency and internationalization.
